About Us
When Stuart Wemyss founded the business in 2002, he recognised that few people were receiving adequate advice when it came to property and investing generally. Initially, ProSolution focused on only providing credit advice (i.e. mortgage broking services including advising clients on loan structures, products and lender negotiation and the like). However, there were many broader financial considerations which we could not discuss with clients. Consequently, in 2008 we launched our Wealth Advisory practice which is licensed to provide full financial planning advice (on a fee-for-advice basis).
We realised that we cannot be all things to all people. This is why we developed our services and knowledge to meet the particular requirements of certain professionals including doctors, dentists, lawyers, accountants and senior executives. However, we do accept professional referrals from aligned businesses.
Client charter
When dealing with us you can expect:
- The advice we provide you will always be in your best interest regardless of the consequences to our business. We realise that, at times, may involve referring you to another service provider if we think that’s best. However, in the long run we believe that it builds valuable goodwill and good Karma.
- Any enquiries, questions and requests (now and into the future) will be responded to with urgency, honesty and respect. We endeavour to return emails and phone calls within 2 business hours.
- We will always be a strong advocate for all our clients’ financial affairs. If you encounter problems with anything financial, we will always make it our business to do whatever we can to help. Our aim is to build a long term relationship with you based on mutual trust.
In return, we only ask two things of you:
- That you are always open and honest with us and don't withhold information.
- Your loyalty. We are more than willing to dedicate as much time as necessary to serving your needs and providing advice because we recognise the value in long term relationships. We rely on your loyalty to do this.
