Since entering the financial services industry in 1989, Justine has had extensive experience as a financial planner including many years managing her own boutique business and more recently working with international clients and those with offshore investments. A Certified Financial Planner since 2000, Justine’s professional areas of interest include preparing clients for retirement and developing strategies for those with residency complications. A keen interest in property takes up a lot of her spare time and she can often be found at weekend auctions in the bayside suburbs with her 3 young children in tow.

Jery is a very experienced financial planner who brings with him 17 years of experience in various roles in the financial planning industry. Jery’s professional passions include achieving a holistic understanding of his clients’ goals and aspirations and developing balanced strategies to help them achieve these as well as enjoying a comfortable lifestyle. He has a strong personal belief in an independent, fee-for-service model and appreciates property as an investor himself. Jery’s strengths include superannuation and using personal insurance to manage risk and equity investment strategies. Of course, Jery is equally competent in all other aspects of financial planning. Jery is married with two children and lists cooking and eating as two of his favourite pastimes.

Jodi is a very experienced senior debt advisor who has over 20 years of experience in the banking industry. Before joining ProSolution in 2008, Jodi occupied various banking positions with a major lender. Jodi is driven and passionate in building long term relationships with clients by providing honest and upfront debt advice that involves reviewing lenders, products and recommending and facilitating a complete loan solution to meet long and short term financial goals. Jodi has extensive knowledge of lenders credit policy and has a sound knowledge of bank’s products and services. Jodi is married with two teenage children who adores her cat “Boris” and occasionally confesses to barracking for AFL team the Western Bulldogs.

Becky joined us in 2006 after arriving in Melbourne from the UK. Becky’s previous experience working in a real estate agency in London has enabled her to experience the unique process of purchasing property from both sides, enabling her to understand her client’s needs and providing them with a high level of service. Becky completed a Bachelor of Science Honours degree in Environmental Science in the UK and Certificate IV in Mortgage Broking in Australia. Unfortunately, Becky has to endure regular taunts about England’s lack of sporting prowess – mainly from Stuart. She enjoys camping and exploring Australia whenever she can!

Cathy is an advisor within ProSolution Debt Advisory with over 15 years of banking and finance experience. Prior to joining ProSolution Private Clients in 2009, Cathy has been employed in various banking roles including relationship manager with two major lenders. Cathy’s success comes from her honest and friendly approach and tenacious willingness to satisfy her clients’ objective. Cathy has a very detailed knowledge of many lenders products and processes, particularly the Commonwealth Bank who she has worked for in the past. Cathy has two teenage daughters, enjoys going to the movies and loves the beach.

ProSolution introduced Danni to their team during her studies in a Bachelor of Business in 2007. Her professional attributes have modelled themselves from personal ethics of honesty, integrity and diligence in providing a leading service. Her ability to identify areas of opportunity and deliver simplified resolutions have allowed for a high level of trust with clients and provides comfort in knowing that she gives what she would expect if she were in the same position. Danni manages ProSolution’s Banking Helpdesk. Aside from badgering our panel of lenders morning to night to provide efficient outcomes – she enjoys spending time with her 3 Cocker Spaniels and shopping.

Kristy joined our Debt Advisory team as an Assistant Advisor in 2007. Her previous experience working in a conveyancing practice has enabled her to develop a critical knowledge of property transactions. Her willingness to help and attention to detail ensures clients can be confident of a positive experience when dealing with ProSolution Private Clients. Kristy enjoys spending time outdoors, camping and 4 wheel driving.

Prior to founding ProSolution in 2002, Stuart was working at Deloitte Corporate Finance preparing valuations of listed companies involved in merger or acquisition transactions. Stuart is a Chartered Accountant, mortgage broker and financial planner. He has over 12 years of expereince and holds a Bachelor of Commerce and many post-graduate finance-related qualifications. Stuart’s professional passion is the provision of simple and honest advice – he hates to see non-financially savvy people being taken advantage of and/or advisors that focus solely on their own wallet. Stuart is married (to Josie) with twin sons and loves to enjoy a few glasses of red on the weekend. Josie has been working in the mortgage industry for over seven years and has a total of 13 years financial services experience (previously as an auditor). Josie has completed her Bachelor of Business from Monash University. She is passionate about providing the ultimate customer service experience and desires to create strong client loyalty. Her role as Office & Finance Manager encompasses all aspects of the practice from accounting to servicing the needs of clients and staff. Josie’s strengths are her infectious personality, friendly ‘can-do’ attitude and strong work ethic. Josie is married with twin 3 year old boys who take up most of her free time but she loves to read, cook and loves the St Kilda Football Club.
