About
the role
This role primarily suits a qualified professional that has one to five
years work experience looking for a career change. ProSolution is looking
for an Analyst that will be responsible for servicing high-income earning
professionals with obtaining the lowest cost finance. This will involve
negotiating with lenders, writing reports for clients and providing excellent
ongoing service.
A successful applicant will be at least degree qualified in a financial
discipline (e.g. Bachelor of Commerce/Business) and be passionate about
providing the best professional client service possible. Experience in
the mortgage industry is not essential. In fact, no mortgage industry
experience is preferred as we will focus on the personal skills of the
applicant rather than their experience.
Competitive remuneration will comprise of a salary plus performance bonus.

Description
Job Title: Analyst
Reporting to: Senior Analyst / State Manager
Responsibilities:
- Assisting clients with enquiries about mortgage finance which includes
researching options, preparing written reports, negotiating with lenders,
etc.
- Supervising the preparation of applications for mortgage finance by
support staff.
- Monitoring applications to ensure smooth approval and settlement.
- Undertaking customer relationship management activities (e.g. relationship
building and contact management).
- Building and maintaining relationships with lenders and referral partners.
- Completing any accreditation/training required by lenders or ProSolution.
- Contributing to the success of the ProSolution team.

Skills & Qualifications:
- Degree qualification in a finance discipline (e.g. Bachelor of Commerce/Business).
- Computer literacy.
- Professional report writing skills (desired but not mandatory)
Interacting with: Internal and external
Salary: By negotiation.
Training:
- Internal mortgage finance training course (as approved by the MIAA).
- Lender accreditation courses.
- Internal training as required to be appointed as an Authorised Representative
of ProSolution's Australian Financial Services License.
- Any training as required by ProSolution's license, the lenders or
by law.
Required documents before employment:
Pursuant to ProSolution's Australian Financial Services License successful
applicants will need to provide:
- Federal police check.
- Credit report from Baycorp Advantage.
Key Performance Indicators:
Key performance indicators and targets will be discussed and set by the
individual Analysts and their direct supervisor on a bi-annual basis.
