ProSolution Banking Helpdesk

As a way of adding further value to you, our valued client, we are introducing a new service to assist you with your day-to-day banking requirements called ProSolution Banking Helpdesk. This service is similar to that offered by Private Bankers.

 

The benefits you will enjoy include:

  • One point of contact for multiple lenders/banks
  • Save time and frustration by ‘outsourcing’ your banking management
  • Convenience. Send us an email at anytime from anywhere and we’ll take ownership of the issue and keep you updated until a solution is reached

 

The service in detail...

We envisage that the ProSolution Banking Helpdesk might offer assistance with items such as:

  • Advice on a new transaction account or credit card and assistance with opening them
  • Investigating an incorrect bank charge and getting it rectified
  • Reviewing your bank structure to ensure it is correct (e.g. how repayments are made, automatically credit card repayments and so on)
  • Generally assisting you with your banking needs wherever possible

We may not be able to complete actual transactions for you. Therefore, you will need to continue to deal with the bank directly on most transactional issues. However, we are confident that our advice and service will provide you the right guidance to avoid you getting “lost” in the system.

How to use this service

If possible, we would ask you to submit all service requests by email. This will assist us in tracking and monitoring this service. Daniela Mitkov will be responsible for looking after the Banking Helpdesk – some of you may have dealt with Danni in the past.
