Getting Started

ProSolution Insurance Advisory is accessible by referral only. If you are not already a client of ProSolution, you will need to be referred to us by an existing client or aligned business.

The advisory process typically includes:

• We invite you to complete our client questionnaire if we do not already have sufficient and current information about your circumstances.
• We will prepare your insurance advice. This will be documented in a report called a Limited Statement of Advice. This report will be issued to you in draft for discussion purposes.
• We will meet with you to discuss our findings and recommendations.
• Once you are 100% comfortable with the recommendations we will implement the level of insurance cover recommended.
• Each year we will undertake a detailed review of your insurance to ensure that it still achieves an adequate level of cover at the lowest cost.
