Delivery Timelines

We usually ship your order within 2 business days.

However, please allow up to 14 business days for delivery of your order, just in case we do not have books in stock at the time.

Postage costs

All packages are posted through Australia Post.

We charge a flat rate of $5.00 for posting 1 to 2 books or $10.00 for 3 to 5 books.

Orders of more than 5 books are quoted individually. Just email us with your requirements and we will arrange your order accordingly.

Overseas Orders

All delivery charges on this site are for orders shipping to Australian addresses only.

Should you wish to have your order shipped to an international address, please email us with your requirements and we will arrange your order accordingly.

About the author

Stuart Wemyss is the founder of ProSolution Private Clients, a boutique mortgage broking firm for high net worth individuals which was established in late 2002. Before founding ProSolution Private Clients, he worked in the Chartered Accounting profession for over five years. He worked for two of the Big 4 international Chartered Accounting firms in KPMG and Deloitte Corporate Finance.

Stuart regularly writes for the Australian Property Investor magazine and provide expert commentary in the media (e.g. The Australian, Australian Financial Review, A Current Affair). He regularly presents on property finance at seminars.

Stuart is a keen property investor and is married with two young twin boys.
