Stuart Wemyss

Director

Stuart has over 20 years’ of experience and founded ProSolution in 2002. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce, is a Chartered Accountant and holds many post graduate qualifications. Stuart is licensed to provide credit, tax, insurance and financial advice. He has published four books including Rules of the Lending Game and best-selling, Investopoly. He is a regular contributor to The Australian newspaper and other TV, radio and print media.

Mena Abraham

Partner

Mena has over a decade of experience providing business and tax advice, having previously worked at mid-tier and the big 4 accounting firms. He is well versed in all areas of tax and also has industry knowledge across various specialisations including property investment and development, pharmaceutical, medical and health specialists, retail chains, franchise operations, manufacturing and professional services. Mena enjoys playing basketball and spending time with family.

Kristy Dishon

Associate Advisor

Kristy has almost two decades of experience in property and financial services. She is passionate about providing holistic advice and delivering exceptional service to our clients, specifically insurance and financial planning. Kristy enjoys exploring the outdoors, camping and 4WDing with her husband and 2 dogs.

Jodi McKeown

Associate Director, Credit

Jodi has over 30 years’ experience in banking and finance. Jodi has worked in various banking and lending roles prior to her joining ProSolution in 2007. Jodi holds a Diploma of Financial Services and is an expert in understanding her clients needs, developing a suitable and astute banking solution. Jodi is a passionate Bulldogs (AFL) supporter and enjoys going to the gym.

Doreen Wemyss

Doreen has over 26 years’ experience in operating and marketing small businesses. Doreen operated a successful retail chain of stores before undertaking a career change and joining ProSolution. Doreen has a passion for creativity and ensuring our brand constantly stands out.

Cecilia Christodoulou

Associate Advisor

Cecilia has over two decades of experience in the financial services and accountancy sectors. She holds a Bachelor of Business and has completed an Advanced Diploma in Financial Services (Financial Planning). She enjoys building long term relationships with clients to help them meet their financial needs and objectives. She enjoys cooking up a storm and spending time with her family.

Leo Nguyen

Senior Accountant

Leo is a qualified CPA with almost 10 years’ experience in the accounting and business services sector. Leo has also experience working at the Commonwealth Bank, which has further enhanced his skills in becoming a more “holistic” accountant. Leo volunteers and contributes to the local community acting as treasurer for his local football club, East Doncaster. When he is not balancing the books, Leo enjoys travelling and going to the tennis. Wimbledon is the next off his bucket list.

Deb Serginson

Assistant Advisor

Deb joined ProSolution in 2020 and has over 13 years of experience in looking after client’s insurance and wealth needs. She holds a bookkeeping and accounting qualification. Deb is passionate about assisting our clients and delivering caring and exceptional service. Deb is a keen scuba diver and snorkeller.
